I received a charge of $23.88 from Global Collect B.V. on behalf of Office 365 without any prior notification or reminder email. I had no idea my subscription was set to auto-renew at this price. When I contacted support, I was put on hold for over 40 minutes and then disconnected.
I cancelled my Office 365 subscription in March but was still charged in April and May. Customer support was unresponsive and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This is unacceptable behaviour from a major software company.
Office 365 works well for my daily tasks — Word, Excel, and Teams are reliable. Had a minor billing issue but support resolved it after a few days. Overall happy with the product.

The cancellation process is deliberately confusing. I spent 2 hours trying to cancel and kept being redirected to different pages. Eventually had to call my bank to block the charge.
